Gym Building Update (May 31, 2024)

Good day.  Herewith the May 31 update for our construction project at the Contoocook center.

The steel building frame, roof and siding is 95% complete.  The company is working on filling in the “back wall” this week and then will be done except for trim work.

A crew has begun the trim work for the windows and door opening.

Next week we will see the start of the main gym area windows going in place.

We are pre-planning our underground piping and in four weeks the site crew will return to begin install of underground infrastructure for the water, sewer, electric and fire service.

We will continue to keep you posted on our progress.  We are blessed with great spring weather.
