Gym Building Update (June 7, 2024)
Good day to all. This is the weekly report for June 7, 2025 for the St. Methodios gym project.
We continue to be blessed with excellent building weather. The main building has had the facia and soffit trims installed this week. That work effort will continue into next week.
The lobby buildng had the frames for the window openings trimmed out this week.
A team from the sprinkler company and plumbing company met with Gordon and Mike on site to pre-plan the install of the water line from the cistern to the building. Logistics for that is nearly complete and the work can commence in a few weeks.
We are meeting this week with the electrical folks and excavator to do a final look at all underground piping for the electrical and data needs. We expect to begin spring site work efforts in earnest on the week of June 17.
