Gym Building Update (June 21, 2024)

The equipment for site work has returned to the site and work commences in earnest on Monday. 

The first order of business is to bring all the underground piping to the budding for the electrical, incoming domestic water, incoming sprinkler water, outgoing sewer, incoming data and phone communication lines.  

As well, the underground piping for the standby generator will be put in place.

This work effort should take about 3 weeks and is a big progress toward the next steps of the building.

We anticipate EVERSOURCE to bring our electrical service to the lot in the next two weeks.

Final measurements are being made for the ordering of the lobby windows and doors.  The gazebo has been final spec’d and shall commence building offsite.
