Gym Building Update (July 12, 2024)

Good day—We are pleased once again to report excellent progress this week on our gymnasium project.

During this week we pulled the electric, data, domestic water and fire services water.

We also prepared the incoming electrical service.  Eversource will be on site next week to set the new utility pole.  In the meantime we have the trench dug and the piping going to the area of the pole.

At the building we are connecting the domestic water, fire water, data and electrical conduits. 

We are preparing the site for the septic service.

Concurrent with that we are making space for the generator pad and the propane service.

We see two more weeks of extensive site work outside and the area will be backfilled and brought to rough grade.
