Gym Building Update (August 9, 2024)

This week saw the completion of the exterior trim.

We are now 50% done with the interior trim.

The post and beam entrance is in fabrication.

In the next two weeks we will see the under  slab work commence on the lobby and first bay area.  Doing the under slab work will allow for the concrete slab in that area to be poured.  This will allow for the lobby and associated rooms to be framed and progress on the mezzanine to commence.

We are continuing well and the great weather, except for today, has been helpful.
