Gym Building Update (August 23, 2024)
The site continues to have progress made in the following areas.
The main electoral connection from the pole to the site disconnect has been installed by Daniels Electric. We now await the arrival of the transformer which is imminent.
The east half of the main gym building continues to be stabilized with good grass growing. The underground propane tank, electrical lines, propane lines and generator feeds are complete. We await the arrival of the generator.
The storm run off detention ponds have been tested well with the heavy rains we have had and they are operating in an excellent condition.
The locally sourced timbers for the Post and Bean entry are done and now are in final fabrication at our contractors work shop. Installation next month.
Meeting was held to discuss all the underground plumbing, wiring and HVAC needs for the lobby and first gym bay area. The bay area will now be prepared for underground piping to be installed.
