Gym Building Update (September 13, 2024)

Good day——This week has been a very productive week at the St. Methodios gym project.

The Post and Beam structure is under construction offsite and is 20% complete.  We see it finished in two weeks.

On site the electricans have been preparing temporary power to the building for interior construction progress.

Inside the building, photos are provided, we have backfilled the entire structure to its sub base.  Sub base being minus 5 inches for concrete and minus 2 inches for insulation.

Next week see the rough plumbing and rough electrical for the main locker room area.  This rough plumbing and electrical shroud be completed in about a week.
