Gym Building Update (September 20, 2024)

This week saw the complete backfill of the inside of the building.  We are now at sub grade.

In the next month we will be putting the underground plumbing and electrical in place and prepare for a concrete pour of the floor.

Windows and doors are in the final stages of being bid.  

The concrete pad for the entry Post and Beam has been poured (photos enclosed).

The Post and Beam is being finalized offsite and will arrive next week for assembly on site.  (photos enclosed)  This will be a wonderful addition to our project.

Other site work continues to be ongoing for the putting in of our storm drainage structure and final grading of the road and parking lot(s).
