Gym Building Update (October 11, 2024)

This past week we saw the temporary power wiring brought in for the interior construction effort.  (We await Eversource to energize the line).

This coming week we will see the under floor plumbing be “stubbed in”.  Also the final level for the concrete floor will be prepared.  We will be allowing for insulation and concrete.  But the sub floor will be backfilled and completed this week.

We expect the septic tank parts to be arriving on campus and going in.

The post and beam entry is complete and we await the materials for the roof to arrive which should be in three weeks.
