Gym Building Update (November 8, 2024)
This week saw BELLCO Excavation finishing all the prep work for the interior of the building. We are now ready for floor concrete pour.
Exterior windows have been ordered and we await their arrival.
Metal doors for the gym are of the budding are ordered and we await their arrival.
Overhead lighting was reviewed with vendor and work continued for rough electrical wiring.
Overhead lighting for gym portion of building is concluded and we await their arrival.
Owners Project Manager is doing a “Amount to complete” Budget for presentation to the Board. This will include all the costs anticipated from here to the end of the project with final/final current pricing. We will be offering some additions and some alternates to products when we present this budget.
